Privacy notice

Who we are: Afarly. We help people who worked abroad recover pension and tax refunds owed to them. Contact: hello@afarly.com.

What we collect: the answers you tap, the page or ad you came from, and a random ID stored in your browser so we don't double-count visits. If you fill in the form, we also collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number and email.

Why: to estimate what you may be owed, to contact you about your claim, and to understand which communities need this service.

Who sees it: only us. We share your details with a licensed professional (for example a tax agent or tax accountant in the country you worked in) only after you agree to go ahead with a claim. We never sell your data.

What we never do: ask for passwords or bank PINs, charge you without your written agreement, or claim to be a government, embassy or employer.

Advertising: if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may record that you visited this page and whether you filled in the form, to measure the ad.

Where it's stored: temporarily on our servers, where it is kept secure, and deleted once the process is complete.

How long: until your claim is finished, or 12 months if we don't go ahead, then deleted.

Your rights: email hello@afarly.com to see, correct or delete anything you've given us.
